To manage the account you are logged in with, click on the User icon on the top right corner.
Next, select Edit User Profile.
Your profile page is where you can update your User Name, Login Email address and Password, Notification Preferences and your Phone Number that TrulySmall can use to verify your account and enable two-factor authentication.
Click on the Save button for the specific section after any changes are made or they will not be retained.
Two-Factor Authentication
You can enable two-factor authentication (2FA) by adding a valid phone number. A code will be sent to your phone via SMS text. Once enabled, it will be enforced on all Web and Mobile apps. This feature supports accounts that login using a password or Google Sign In.
If your phone number is already saved, click on Enable to activate 2FA. To disable it, click on Disable.
Notification Preferences
TrulySmall Accounting also lets you control your own email notification preferences. Notification alerts can be enabled or disabled for the following:
Bank feed requires attention
Bank feed transaction updates
Invoice and Bill reminders
Aged Receivables and Payables
Here are a few things to keep in mind:
Notifications are set per business and per user.
Users with multiple businesses can set different alerts for each business
Users on a multi-user business can set their own configuration for that business.
To exit the Settings pages at any time, click the X in the upper right.
