View your billing details and manage your plan

To view your subscription plan, open the TrulySmall Expenses application on your device and open the home screen. Next, click on the menu button (☰) on the top left corner and select Your Plan.

Note: If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, a message will direct you to login to the appropriate platform and manage your plan there.


Manage Billing

Click on Manage Subscription to access the following sections:

  1. Account Information

  2. Billing Address

  3. Payment Methods

  4. Billing History


Update your Payment Method

To update your payment method, start by clicking on Payment Methods and follow the steps on the screen. You can change your credit card, and set up more than one credit card in case your primary card expires or otherwise cannot be used for your TrulySmall Expenses subscription.


Edit Billing Address

Click on the Billing Address link and then click on the > symbol to edit the details. Click on the Update button to save the changes, then click the X to close the window when you are finished.


View Billing History

Click on the Billing History link to view a history of subscription payments for your TrulySmall Expenses account.


View Account Information

Click on the Account Information link to see where subscription invoices are sent. Click on the > symbol to change the billing information, complete the changes, then click on the Update button.


Cancel Your Subscription

To cancel your subscription, click on your existing plan at the top.

Next, click on Cancel Subscription and confirm.

If you cancel your subscription in the middle of a billing period, your subscription will remain active through the end of the billing period you have already paid for.


Third-Party Billing

If you subscribed through a third party retailer, please contact them directly to cancel your plan.
