TrulySmall Expenses offers a convenient way to export all of your expense transactions in CSV format. This allows you to easily view and organize your expenses in a spreadsheet program, such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
To export your expense transactions, follow these simple steps:
Step 1
Go to the Home page and select Get a Report from the list of options.
Step 2
Select the type of expense report you need. You can pick from either Business or Personal transactions.
You can also select a time period. The available choices are:
Past Week, Past Month, Past Quarter, Past Year or Custom.
Step 3
Click on Download Report to export your file from TrulySmall Expenses. The file will contain the following data:
Date
Merchant
Notes
Payment Method
Category
Amount
Column for each tax configured. Tax amount (not rate) is shown
Total
